That is entirely up to you. For my part, I say if you put Fury and Joshua in any era, they would be part of it, and dominate in most. Wouldn't put them in the 90s, but I think they would certainly do well against the fat drug addicts of the Holmes eras, the little guys of the eras that came before that, etc.

100% . Prenga was still throwing hard shots in rd 2 as well. Just to no effect

 

He isn't an idiot but he knows his persona and now plays up to it

And using Palace as an example of him doing well is quite amusing

 

The fight wasn't fixed. Joshua simply made another very bad start. The fact that it didn't end as badly for him as in the fight with Dubois is due to the fact that Prenga is a much weaker boxer, and Joshua managed to recover. And since he's a very dangerous, classy puncher, he managed to turn the tables with his offense.
The first knockdown was a punch that bordered on a foul, as Prenga pulled his head down onto his chin with his other hand.
More worrying is that, due to his lowered hands, he was unable to protect himself from the right hand by retreating in a straight line.
On the plus side, he showed character and regained control of the situation after such a dramatic start.
However, as a team, they need to figure out a way to address this recurring pattern of excessive tension at the beginning of fights, because in the fight with Fury, this could quickly cost him a defeat. The guy only starts boxing at his best after getting into serious trouble, and from the very beginning, even though he moves quickly, he makes simple, stupid mistakes. He shouldn't be getting caught out like that with simple punches. I don't know, maybe a more defensive stance in the first rounds until he calms down mentally. Something's going on, and they need to try to correct it. Better opponents might not miss such opportunities, and Joshua takes a long time to recover from trouble.

 

Prenga, more than most, would know what a real dive looks like because it happened in a fight he was involved with. Look at this nonsense, lol. When this is the level of competition he was facing, it's obvious to see why he wasn't able to handle himself in there past a spirited first round where he collar tied AJ repeatedly to have any success.

This was the fastest title defence in boxing history, they mentioned last night in 9 weeks that's two back to back training camps and the first one was a long one maybe 10 weeks , this was around 6 weeks ..that's 16 weeks of training camp with lots of sparring too.

Hamzah is a big guy so he been staying close to fighting weight ..

Simon was a really late opponent and Hamzah was nearly off the AJ card that's why the undercard was delayed in being announced only 2 weeks before fight date.

I think Hamzah didn't train for a Southpaw for most of camp only in his last week where he sparred Paddy Donovan his stablemate.

Any how Hamzah didn't look his usual self , looked similar to the Adamas fight where he struggled to make weight .. he was stuck in 1st and 2nd gear .. no jab , no right hands ..very odd performance..

If he fights for a unification next then he needs to be back to his best .. otherwise he will lose ..

I don't think he will make a mistake of doing 2 back to back camps again and by end of next year Hamzah will move upto 175 ..

 

Could just be a hot/cold type of fighter. So long as he keeps winning, it shouldn't matter too much.
