I'm sorry, Mac, but you're wrong.

200+ means 200 and above. If you won't take my word for that, Google/ChatGPT/Gemini it. All 3 give the same answer.

I'm sorry too,but if Charlton Heston came down from Mount Sinai and said that, I would still disagree with him!

Yes it is it’s included in the saying 200…plus if you wanted anything over you say 201+. It’s a grammatical error you’re stuck on and you’re in the wrong about. To call someone dishonest about it is a bit much. I have no reason to lie on a boxing forum or anywhere for that matter

But Kabayel and Dubois are 240 pounds, not merely 200+, and possess 80" reaches. And both are excellent boxers who have withstood the fire of punchers twice as hard as anything around in the 1950's. These are barely the same species.

    Then you'd still be wrong.

Probably best I leave it there, if Charlton isn't capable of educating you on the matter, than goodness knows I'm not ;)

Valdez and Dubois have the same reach. They’re probably the same height. Steroid weight for dubious means nothing. It actually in his case he’s to big and needs to lose 15-20 pounds so he can move better and not get winded after 4 rounds.

He's the weight he was. There is no fabricating fighters that didn't or don't exist in order to shoehorn in an edge case for your argument. Dubois faced giant MF'ers every fight of his entire career. The average weight of his opponents was over 230 pounds, most over 6-5. Why? Because that is generally what is required in the modern heavyweight ring if you expect to face other giants EVERY FIGHT OUT. Yes, a short, lighter guy might pip one off very occasionally but a career can not be made of doing that.

There’s just an extra division now. If you eliminated it you’d see cruisers now mixed in the rankings. Maybe even dominating the sorry state of affairs. Add an extra three rounds to championship bouts and next thing you know people are losing extra weight again. Fighters adapt to the rules of the times. I didn’t shoehorn anything. Valdez and Dubois have the same reach. Although looking at pics he probably is 6”5 or close to it. Most fighters add an inch or several now a days. That’s not a myth but a reality.

What is there to stop cruisers competing with heavyweights?
Those that have, Moorer,Adamek , Holyfield,Haye,Usyk,Gassiev, etc have all added weight to their frames to do so,why is that?
