Some fight. Once POL broke his nose in the 2nd he was ****ed. Some comeback and that uppercut to the nose done him in the 10th. Rematch hopefully.

 

Love how Warren completely avoided the Portsmouth question.

Pierce's face is a mess......I don't want to say what he looks like as it's too cruel.

I was at this fight live and I must say that despite Pierce boxing quite poorly for much of the fight, I quite enjoyed it. He's a very tenacious fighter but there's still plenty to work on, I particularly noticed the total lack of jabbing to close the distance and pressure Mark to the ropes which would've served him very well. A brave effort but a tactically poor one from Pierce. I know he can bounce back but he can and must do better than this for sure.

 

Lee Reeves in hospital with a bleed im hearing hope he is alright, he got badly knocked out by Cully while winning the fight.

 

I net him briefly at an Engkand Vs Ireland amateur boxing night over in Cannock a few years ago. Likes a Guinness (Obvs) and very approachable and easy going, still in great nick aswell. Seemed like a thoroughly top bloke.
