And yet not one elite level fighter at their best.

Then his opponents should have had better careers I guess. Not much he can do if you don't think his opponents were good enough as they were the best available

Floyd didnt fight for guts and glory

If they just had one belt like back in the day we wouldnt have the problems we have now

Also if they brought back same day weigh in then people would be fighting their natural weights ,cutting and rehydrating to me is more dangerous than just making your natural weight..
No fighter in this day and age would cut for a same day weigh in and that means we wouldnt have scale cheats ..guys who rehydrate "naturally" and add 25 lbs overnight

Also they need to start matching prospects with prospects instead no hopers a problem that i admit is far worse in the uk
Im sick of seeing some prospect wail on an old out if shape man blown up from his natural weight class and being completely out sized

Many did have good career. Floyd waited them out. Retiring for a couple of years when the WW division was hot? Ducking Margarito and Paul WIlliams. Dragging up JMM TWO divisions then not even bothering making the agreed upon weight. Shane Mosley had ONE good win in about a decade before Floyd. ODLH hadn't fought in two years. Hatton at 147 where he looked like crap? (All the while the board joyboys would say he could still make 140). Could have had the lineal 140 belt with Hatton, but chose two eliminator bouts to face Gatti instead. Called out a prime Winky Wright only to walk away when Winky said yes. And of course Pac. Got scared when Pac was whooping guys only to cry PEDs and claiming Olympic style testing (Which he didn't even do. BTW, being in charge of when testing BEGINS is shady AF because of his relationship with a more costly, less effective USADA). And then losing a lawsuit when his OWN medical records would be subpoenaed. And lets not recall his THREE weeks after the fight T.U.E. the NSAC gave him after the Pac fight.

Floyd is the blueprint for todays fighters who refuse to fight the best while blaming money, boxers prior losses, or just not needing to because he thinks they are beneath him already. Guys like Broner and Tank are who they were because of Floyd Love Syndrome.

The elite level fighters he fought he either got them on their way up, on their way down or not at their best. Guess he should have fought them when they were at their best instead of cherry picking and ducking.

    Void and it ain't close.

Cherry picker of note, and a fighter whose IV drip games were obvious for what they were. But worst, Void was a boring ass fighter.

Wilder also had his easy run, but he was never boring. I dunked on Wilder for his sub par opponents and his suspected glass chin. But when he stepped it up against Fury, especially in number 3, he went balls to the wall and nearly stopped him. Wilder took a terrible beating but he never gave up. His chin gave in but his heart never did. Gotta tip my hat to a man who leaves it all in the ring.

Dont mention Broner with Tank and Floyd as Broner actually believed in himself and took on tough fights like Maidana when he didnt have too
If Mayweather was just coming up from 135 he would never have fought Maidana

Also Broner took on a prime Mickey Garcia,Mayweather would have called Garcia out after he was beaten by spence and made him go back down to 147

Mayweather was even scared of Khan and Brook ,great matchups and huge money generators but they were far too dangerous when the fights made sense

Khan and Brook were far more dangerous than Hatton for Mayweather.

Wilder´s used to be a dime a dozen; champions with padded title reigns in divisions that were begging for unifications. Wilder brought nothing new to the table, not does he has have a lasting impact on the sport.
Mayweather arguably changed how the financials of the sport operate, and its possible he even changed what promoters look for in fighters.

Floyd doesn't get credited with cleaning out a division based on beating 3 ranked opponents
