Your thoughts on the Bobby Green - Bang Williams spar?

Antonio Williams is a terrible boxer with a padded resume.

Bobby Green likely would have found equal success in boxing as he has in MMA. Dude is a naturally gifted striker, but his boxing technique itself is straight ass. He relies more on athleticism and IQ, than fundamentals.

Some MMA fans have lost their minds over this footage, again claiming how MMA is that much superior and even produces superior strikers... OK, whatever, lets look at this then:

But this does show how far MMA has come, to the point now that borderline top 15 guys in the UFC can outstrike low level pro boxers - at least in sparring.

 

Bobby had a size advantage, seemed to be a lot more fired up than the other guy and lets face it a ton of boxers have padded resumes that make them look better than they really are, this guy being one of them.
