    Nor was he visibly hurt or wobbly. Seems like he was doing his best to cover up and weather the storm. Bet if Foreman Ali was on British soil Foreman would have won via ko since all Ali did was lay on the ropes cover up and take punishment.

    Yeah we were denied a proper KO. TKOs are like ruined orgasms. But Hemphill wasn't throwing anything back anymore. Not so much because he was hurt, but because he was like a deer in headlights. Completely shellshocked.

    Got to agree..wide open as soon as he comes up against someone who can box and has enough about him to keep him off or can catch him coming in or someone who can punch with him then he's in trouble

    Honestly this is my biggest criticism of modern boxing, along with the shortening of championship fights to 12 rounds.

    And some fans applaud this **** too. In my day fans uniformly were outraged at premature stoppages. Some of today's wimpy "boxing fans" actually whine for fights to be prematurely stopped!!!!

    Maybe not, but still, it's a decent scalp. Hemphill has a win over Jeffers who has a win over Chelli, who just mangled Morrell. Kraus has more promise than you guys are giving him credit for.

    Wouldn't mind seeing him in there with someone like Lyndon Arthur or Edmondson feel like that'd be a solid step up

    Keep doubting Gradus "Big Poppa" Kraus and he'll keep bowling them over as he moves up through the levels. Hemphill came in over 7lbs over the limit to try and gain a big advantage but Big Poppa shoved the scales up his ass and they weren't bathroom scales either
