As a man who has many a-time wanted to make niknik with Rosemarie DeWitt, I do respect her grandda. And as someone who knows there's a literal hellmouth in Cleveland, I do respect any man named after the place. So, I just don't know.

Williams would be too explosive, and Braddock, despite maybe having more tricks up his sleeve, it wouldn’t matter because Williams would simply be getting there first, and Braddock wouldn’t have anything to keep Williams off.

It’s subject to how you might measure Williams power against Louis’ but Braddock did absorb a number of hellacious shots before being put to sleep by that bone crunching right hand.

But then, what return fire does Braddock have in his kit bag?

Not a lot imo. That apparently excellent chin will only take him so far.

Braddock can’t just keep taking power shots from Williams and expect to survive, let alone win.

Big Cat’s fantasy resume gets fattened up with a mid to later round KO win for mine.

185 pound+ Braddock would beat Cleveland Williams. He's 3-1 with wins over John Henry Lewis, Max Baer and Farr.

Braddock has got an amazing chin. He was stopped twice. Once by Louis and once by a cut caused in a different fight.

Braddock's a LHW alumn and would box rings around Williams. Williams fought in a small era of fighters much less durable than Braddock. If Satterfield beat Williams it's not out of the question Braddock get's the KO here. Braddock has a 0% KO rate in his wins over 185 pounds but it's cause he was fighing Lewis, Max Baer and Farr. At 195 pounds Braddock's power would be very substantial.

Williams's reputation was that he was a different fighter after he absorbed a couple of belts to the kisser. He would get discouraged. I think Braddock had the right hand to do the discouragin'.
