    Weight and muscle gain is a modern training method - Usyk has said he was 6"2 -you can look at pictures of Andy Ruiz and can see he is not 6"2 - look at the Joshua fight but that not important, there were men that were large and heavy that Joe Louis beat big men 6'6 260 6'5 240 - etc. and men in the Marciano era who were big - but not able to advance because of the skillset of the smaller men.

    Each era has its own dynamics

    Yeah Ruiz is definitely not 6'2 he's more like 6'0.

    Here's sparring footage with Holyfield he's clearly shorter than him.

    Good thing he has the kind of quicks and fluidity that are very rare at heavyweight.

    He also compensates by staying in tip-top shape.
