I consider the "negro" titles to be world champions, so Langford and Wills are covered in my book.

Along with Burley, you could include Lloyd Marshal, and Jim Bivins, although the latter held "duration" titles.

 

I istead don't consider the World Colored Title that way, that's why I nominated those fighters.
