Me personally, I’d pick Holyfield, Lewis, Bowe, Vitali Klitschko, Liston, Usyk, Muhammad Ali and George Foreman, and this is also probably the one I’d be most certain of.

Honourable mentions who I wouldn’t necessarily pick, but I also wouldn’t necessarily pick against them here would be Joe Louis, Larry Holmes and Tyson Fury and Ibeabuchi in the ‘maybe would, maybe wouldn’t’ honourable mentions.

People might think the Fury pick is silly, but I feel like he gets underrated H2H now because they see him as losing to a Crusierweight twice, but I also see Usyk as one of the greatest heavyweights of all time at his peak, and Fury was competitive in both fights, so I still as Fury as brilliant H2H.

Who are all the fighters you’d pick to beat prime Mike Tyson?

The 5 I think have a decent chance.
    Ali
    Holme's
    Lewis
    Foreman
    Liston

I'd give Bowe and Vitali a shot too but not as confident as with the guys above.

    Ali
    Liston
    Foreman.
Wanna say Lewis but with that chin, he'll have to fight the perfect fight. I think he loses at least the first one in a trilogy.

It’s basically a shorthand for ‘average person’ because it’s a common name, some other common names can be used in the same instance like ‘Bob’. I’ve heard it in the UK, but not sure if it’s a common phrase in other countries.

Should say peak Tyson rather than prime.
    My picks:
Ali - fought the toughest competition in heavyweight histology and found a way to win against the very best.

Prime Foreman: Cus D'amato himself thought Tyson stood no chance

Peak/prime Liston big puncher & also a skilled boxer

The people picking practically everyone that's halfway decent are vastly underrating Tyson.

I've only watched heavies from Ali onwards. So won't comment on fighters prior to him.

    These beat him for me

Ali, Foreman, Holmes, Lewis, Holy, Bowe, V Klitschko

    Here's my list. I've got 52.

    Langford
    Ketchel
    Jeanette
    Wills
    Tommy Gibbons
    Fulton
    Miske
    Dempsey
    Tunney
    Loughran
    Uzcudchin
    peak Sharkey
    Max Baer
    Braddock
    Tommy Farr
    Carnera
    Knight
    John Henry Lewis
    Al Gainer
    Louis
    Conn
    Buddy Baer
    Pastor
    Godoy
    Lee Murray
    Peak Bivins
    Liston
    Zora Folley
    Ernie Terrell
    Ali
    Frazier
    Norton
    Bugner
    Foreman
    Jimmy Young
    Lyle
    Peak Holmes
    Buster Douglas
    Toney
    Bowe
    Moorer
    Lennox Lewis
    Shannon Briggs
    Vitali Klitschko
    Wladimir Klitschko
    Chagaev
    Ibragimov
    Valuev
    peak Luis Ortiz
    Wilder
    Dubois(subject to change)
    Hrgovic

I'm giving Tyson the narrow benefit of the doubt he'd beat Holy at his absolute peak. Godfrey struggled with small fighters otherwise he'd be on here. I'm giving Tyson the benefit of the doubt he'd beat Witherspoon and a healthy Tucker.

This doesn't mean all 52 rank above Tyson all time it's who I'd pick to beat him.
