There was nothing Lopez did that was special tonight. He just threw punches. At the end of the day it's called boxing. He did enough to lad scoring punches. Romero, no idea what was going on in his head. Had he put a little more effort he would still be champ.

I dont know what that was. Looks liked a sparring session with set objectives.

Teo struggled to come forward and set something up but who can blame him when your opponent is jumping 6ft backwards when you throw a feint.

Rolly Just didnt want it. Maybe watched the shakur fight and tried to emulate it, which I can understand for 3 or so rounds. But when he had him wobbled in the 5th, the gameplan should have changed. Teo didnt like that.

I missed 8, 9 and 10 but that was meh. Rolly gave away some of those rounds just by not letting his hands go and it gave the appearance he was being outlanded even though he probably wasn't in some of them. Teo didn't look impressive to me though Rolly isn't world class and is one of the worst welterweight champions of all time in the weakest welterweight division of all time. Teo barely landed anything meaningful upstairs in the rounds I saw when elite 135, 140 and 147 pounders should really be getting Rolly out of there.

Rolly's claim to fame starts and ends with upsetting a Ryan who soiled himself and went into his shell after Rolly dropped him. And of course being gifted completely undeserved title shots

Because he is good at judging fights. He might give closer cards than some on this forum like, but he wont give out ridiculous 118-110 cards for fights that actually were 113-115

That’s why I stopped following like I used to, this era could have been as good as the fab four or Pac/JMM/Barrera/Morales but no fights were made.

Idk who has to remind Rolly but you need to throw punches to win boxing matches.

Maybe it’s time for Rolly to train for the 2028 Olympics with the USA Judo team.

Because obviously he doesn’t want to throw punches lol.
