    This is ridiculous. This Sultan hasn't fought for almost a year and a half. He keeps pulling out of the fight or making demands that are bs. A fight may be announced any time bow but he should lose the right to challenge for a world title. England would have fought for it last year. Sultan has done everything he could to avoid or get rid off England.
