Most, if not all these guys fought some amateur fights. They sparred, the lived in the gym for a time.

Ben Davison? No amateur fights, never sparred, maybe he's hit a heavy bag? Not a real trainer.

If Davison was a good trainer, Fury wouldn't dump him so quickly.

From what I’ve read and heard Davison was an amateur boxer and also worked as a sparring partner for James Degale and other fighters, which I see no reason to doubt, since Billy Joe Saunders himself confirmed that Davison was at one time a boxer.

At about 13:00 Billy Joe Saunders starts talking about Davison’s short time as a boxer and sparring partner.

Lost all of his last 3 big heavyweight contests.

    He's a bluffer.

Sounds like he got in the ring a few times and got his ass beat against a high level guy? How does this mean he knows how to box? He has no amateur fights.

This guy has some sort of Rasputen style mind hold on fighters. It's insane how he keeps being so dog **** and then top talent flocks to him.

The links to Mossad alone have me suspicious.

Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, Moses Itauma, Fabio Wardley.

Absolutely ****ing mad how good of a talker he must be. Has a coach ever attracted more top talent in such a small amount of time?

I'm not asking rhetorically I'm genuinely curious, it's mind blowing, especially considering his relative lack of results.

Media heads and fighter alike talk about his observations playing out in the ring as some sort of unprecedented genius when that happens all the ****ing time. There's not a single world class coach that's incapable of using film to exploit flaws and set up punches, so why does everyone blow smoke up his ass for it?

The only similar examples I can think of are Vergil Hunter and Derrick James.

Vergil is similarly a fraud who never boxed. He caught something special with Ward and his hideous style. Derrick James seems like a legitimate trainer and can take credit for Spence and both Charlo's.

Agreed on Hunter. I remember when they tried to turn Khan into a more cerebral styled fighter and he damn near lost to Chris Algieri.

James seem like someone who may be excellent on the technical aspects of boxing, but maybe not a great strategist for the top level.
