Olympian, good jab, good distance control, good power. Itauma really was a randomer they picked out because he had a party trick of throwing fast punches.
Moses, IMO, just went into a tough fight with the wrong game plan. He should have boxed first few rounds get a feel for Hrgovic punch selection, defense and movement before turning up the heat. Moses would have beat Price IMO
Wow - these threads are really getting overboard One loss and you're history No redemption for you!! Face it - the Itauma we saw on the weekend would beat 90% of top HWs inside 8 rounds
It’s not just one loss. How many times have you seen someone with that much hype literally stretchered out of the ring? Championship level boxing is 12 rounds not 6 not 8. You have to have stamina and you have to have a Chin. Period.
A 21 year old loses to a top 5 level HW late in the fight after winning the majority of the rounds up to that point. "He sucks! he will never come back!! hype job!!! every other HW that ever existed was better!!!!" Why do people have to be so melodramatic?
2nd Thompson fight is the fight I compare this to, gassed badly early in the fight just like Moses did last weekend... R9 is early in a 12 rounder.... Price by memory it was like R6.
If he doesn't improve that gas tank he will lose quite a few fights... when you have 2 elite fighters going at it majority of fights go to points.
