Who wins this? I'd probably favour Itauma to be honest.

Itauma is unproven but he is a class above Thompson. And Itauma looks very comfortable vs fellow southpaws. Unless Thompson can land a shot to the temple, i do not see him winning this.

    Itauma tko 4.

I am sure that Itauma will soon be above that level, but judging by his choice of opponents thus far, followed by calling out 40-ish Hunter, he is not there yet.

A lot of you are getting WAY out ahead of yourselves on this guy. Talented...sure. But at this pace, with the level of competition he wants, he is well off of stepping in with a Thompson.

This is a much more practical fantasy match than some of the earlier ones we’ve seen featuring Itauma in with the likes of Muhammad Ali, etc. it’s still a tad early here but I think Thompson is a fighter that Itauma might realistically beat.

Probably still Itauma. Hrgovic is better than Thompson in just about every way.

    Is he?
I like Itauma but I like Thompson too, very underrated and he was old for most of his notable fights.
I think this would be close, i dare say Thompson could pull it out on a 21 year old Itauma

Most likely Thompson by stoppage. I expect great thinks from Itauma in the future, but as he is now he still needs more experience.

Thompson was very experienced and had a very annoying style. He isn't someone that Itauma would be able to just run over.
