    ...when every other fighter is listed in the weightclass they retired in?

    Looking further into it and this claim isn't really true.

    JH Lewis, Maxim and Moore all retired as HW's are labeled as LHW. RJJ retired as a CW. Labeled as LHW.

    Well, there is no "claim." It was my perception and might not be true. Sure.

    So, any ideas as to why a handful retire in their old divisions whereas most don't?
