Duran ballooned up badly for a long time. Glad he is thin now.

You're a champ, and you know it, let's be real.

There's a guy I worked with who was 70, climbing ladders, jumping down from stuff, helping with heavy lifting. Always complaining about how he felt and was getting old. I had to remind him how many people his age or younger looked at things he did without a thought, and decide they're too old for them!

I think mostly due to them training and eating to gain weight. Then they go back to a normal calorie intake.

You see it with some nfl lineman

Some of the pros who became trainers have stayed in good shape too, such as Andy Lee, Joey Gamache, Derrick James

    Hi Guys.
They have sadly passed, but here in the UK two that spring to mind, and who I have met on several occasions, are Buchanan and Rowe, both looked ready to fight despite long being retired, difference between the two was, Rowe always looked immaculate, smart jacket, nice shirt, and a crease in his trousers you could cut cheese with, whereas Buchanan looked like he dressed in the dark, alas he also carried a weary look, someone weighted down with chores undone, slightly bitter and resentful, Rowe for his part was a fighter at ease with himself, he begrudged Sterling his win at the time, but softened over the decades to applaud him as a very good and underrated boxer, he was annoyingly polite, and had time for anyone and everyone, and he always got the loudest cheer when the ex fighters were introduced, Gibbs " without a doubt the best body puncher in the ring today is Mark Rowe " I liked him, liked him alot.
    stay safe guys.
    Mike.

This was about 9 years back but Carlos Palomino was still about 68/69 yo as at the time and looking to have kept himself in great trim and conditioning for his age. He’s now 77 yo and hopefully still in terrific health.

Wlad literally looks like he's still in fighting shape. If anything, I think he's put on some muscle in retirement while staying just as lean. Put up a vid of him doing 50 consecutive perfect form pullups on his 50th birthday.

Holyfield is still lean and fit, you can tell from his face and how clothes fit him. Hopkins too. Obviously Mayweather and Pacquaio.

Basically, the total gym rats who were always known as being total gym rats. Future obese fatass: Fury. Future guy who is just as jacked at 50 as he is now: AJ. It's pretty obvious for some of them.
