Every Eddie interview the last four weeks has had him declaring WE SIGNED A CONTRACT like a parrot about fifteen times, yeah we know and so do Netflix, TKO and the Saudi’s yet we are still in the same position.

Eddie wrote up his own contract with his own stipulations. Stipulations that don't exist on Fury's contract or written up by Stela/Turki. That's an invalid contract, this needs to actually go to court to expose that snake Hearn. The entire purpose of having separate contracts for each fighter is ONLY for compensation purpose, not logistics. This is how it worked for all the Saudi cards previously. Now Eddie being Eddie is a snake trying to extort his way.

    It's hardly invalid is it

It's stupid by Sela ect to not negotiate so the contracts of both fighters at least mirror certain areas such as locations

It's simple. Two competing contracts with different stipulations. This needs to go to court so we can laugh when it gets invalidated. There's no reason for Hearn's contract to have stipulations that TRUMPS Fury's contract. The contract should be FINANCIAL only, not logistics. Just like it was when we had that massive supercard from lightweight to heavyweight a few years ago, every contract was unique to each fighter and it involved payment only. NOT logistics.

You can't get around Eddie is a snake in this one. Sneaking in stipulations like Dana White couldn't be involved. Hope this goes to court.

Should be yeah but it's not

Queensbury also reportedly put the same stipulations regarding Dana in the inital contract

I get your point but please tell me the people signing off both contracts allowed them both to be put in writing for different locations?

Rookie move that didn't backfire until now

I'm not overly fussed on Hearn and AJ'S intentions or reasons
AJ is a Matchroom and DAZN shareholder, so he isn't gonna be looking to involve Dana either
Im just pleased the fight might eventually take place in the UK

The reason why we got big fights in the last several years by the Saudi's is because there was no percentage to split. Each fighter or promoter negiotiated their own contract and Turki paid them what was agreed to. Now how the hell did this contract from Hearn suddenly include location and stipulations on promoting, etc... that's precisely what the Saudi involvement was supposed to avoid. You take your payment and shut up and come fight in Saudi Arabia or wherever the GENERAL contract stipulates.

I really want this to go to court because somebody's contract is going to get invalidated and I have good feeling it's going to be Eddie's. Even if ALL contracts are invalidated it will teach these entities a lesson and force them to start over. Or Hearn could just stfu and take the payment and let the fight go in MSG, it's not like he and warren have the ability to make the fight without Turki's money otherwise they would have done so a LONG time ago.

But Fury's inital contract has similar stipulations

If it goes to court it'll be interesting what comes out
Sela are mega rich and you'd imagine they would have done so already if they were confident

Yes, I'm curious how this will play out. Considering Hearn has threatened but hasn't actually sued yet, I'm sure he knows what will happen when a judge sees two different contracts for the same fight. Of course Turki has some fault here, but I think it has more to due with the entity he entrusted that fumbled. He should have just used Zuffa from the start that he cofounded and that would have been settled from the getgo on whether the fight would proceed (and Eddie Hearn would still be at fault for letting his ego get in the way for Fury - AJ to happen).

Turki only getting the same treatment back now he gave both Matchroom and Queensbury once the Trojan Horse was firmly parked up

Using Zuffa the fight would never even be this close
AJ isn't going to benefit his future earnings by weakening his investment in Matchroom by aiding Zuffa

    I don't blame him tbh

You should blame him (or rather Eddie Hearn). Tyson Fury and Frank Warren have no issue working with Zuffa and Dana White when it comes down to it, he admitted himself on many interviews. Business is business. So the sole blocker is Eddie Hearn. Why? Because he has some kind of ego problem that refuses to allow him to work with Dana White. For this reason, I don't think any fighter should sign up with Matchroom.

The fact is, as of right now, Tyson Fury and Frank Warren are ready to go for November in MSG. Because Turki is paying them alot of money. And Turki is paying AJ/Hearn alot of money too, and now they want more. And now we're hearing it's not enough. We don't know what the amount is, but for damn sure Eddie and AJ will not make that kind of money on their own. If there's a fallout you can be sure Turki will be reluctant to work with Eddie Hearn ever again.

And honestly, AJ should be more vocal as well. His end days are basically here, more than likely Fury would knock him out within 3 rounds and AJ probably won't survive any of the other top or upcoming heavyweights. He had a scare with Prenga, well up and comers like Riakaport would do him worse. It's all dowhill for AJ, he should just take the money and retire while he still can.

If my boss who pays my wage tells me I have to go to work in a different office I do it (especially if it's many millions)

Eddie is an excuse maker coward and AJ is a low IQ dosser who does as his slave master says.

It's a shame Usyk can't take the bout on 8 weeks notice he would fight

Fury must be tempted by Kabayel but he knows it's a very hard task and much less money

Fury has said multiple times he signed to fight in several locations, including London

Given they both signed a contract there, why not just do it there

Because Eddie fails to mention that he wants a bigger share by cutting out certain people involved in the promotion by making it a UK fight. It never simply one thing.

Who is putting the money up, Turkish and netflix who want a US fight. Not sure what hand Eddie is trying to pull it being a UK fight for the UK fans is a rubbish story he wants to tell himself and others.
