Absolutely. Maybe even just below British title level. He was ****ed. Would Area title then England title level be more beneficial to him ?

I also think Parker has a great chance of beating Hrgo now...but styles make fights. I don't think Parker has the style at this point in his career to push Moses the way Hrgo did. If Moses wasn't punching, Hrgo was, or at least positionally pressuring him. I don't think Parker has that in his game now, if he ever did...

The bigger point, potentially, is we've actually seen Parker can actually be stopped, even if it's not easy - so the odds of Itauma winning are better already...

I would be fairly sure Parker would win the decision - neither is knocking the other out and Parker's the better points fighter.

But such are the intangibles, it's possible Itauma has a better chance against Parker even though he's more capable than Hrgovic... It's also entirely possible that Itauma looks even worse against hypothetical Parker.

Probably not as he'd blow people away at that level

But at a slightly higher level he can continue to fine tune his game, hopefully minus Ben Davidson

Itauma also has a tendency to land on the top of the head which is why I see him doing a repeat.

didn't Parker fight Joyce instead? Given his track record I don't think Parker ducked Hrgovic (though I think it would be a very interesting fight for both).

Usually one loss at the age of 21 would just be a bump in the road, this was different. He may very well never recover from that .

If anything it was a financial duck

People rattle on about how nobody wanted to face Hrgovic at that point yet fail to mention the purse split was terrible for whoever signed up to face him

Hence a number of top 10 fighters skipped the option

Now that you mention it, it does ring a bell that the purse splits were awful for a lot of fighters back then. Something to do with one of the orgs rules wasn't it?
