What's keeping Dariusz Michalczewski from being in the IBHOF?

Why would he be in the hall of fame? His resume is trash.

From the 90's up until the 2010's, Germany based fighters would become WBO champions and proceed fight regional level European competition whilst calling themselves world champions. In Dariusz's decade long reign as champion and in 24 title fights, Dariusz defeated a grand total of 6 top 10 ranked opponents. That's not HOF worthy. Knocking out sub European level bums in 18 of your title fights isn't HOF worthy. Beating Griffin and Virgil Hill also isn't HOF worthy, that's "you are a championship level fighter and not just a belt holder" worthy.

Serhiy Dzyndzyruk was the WBO Light Middleweight champion for 6 years straight from 2005 to 2011. He's not going into the HOF either
