Ryan, when locked in, is a formidable welterweight who isn't the most conventional but has real talent.

Benn, when locked in, is a top 20ish gym rat who can look angry at a weigh in.

 

Garcia said from the off he had Benn's number and wanted the fight, Garcia is world class but Benn is just a big name due to his Dad. British level and that's it. I missed a huge payout by one round, but it played out just as I expected!

 

Both. Garcia has improved a little. But Benn is nowhere near world level, he's barely even British level.

Credit to Ryan though he looked good against a tune-up, which is all Benn ever was.

 

Algieri was way past his best and moved up in weight.

If you can't time Garcia he is going to be a big problem.

Benn has grit but no skills. You need skill (and IQ) at this level to be able to make things happen for you at this level and Benn had no ideas; coming in with the same frames and patterns and he got timed perfectly.

Now the facade is over, I want to see what Benn does next.

Benn was used as a pawn by Dana White to disrupt Eddie Hearn's momentum had been building with Turki. Now that Benn's commercial value has lost 99% of it's value, where will he go next? There's no way he gets even 1/10th of this money in his next fight

One won national amateur comps and went right through regional to world title level and has fought young hungry elite lions win and lose, one has never even fought for the british title and has fought largely washed up veterans. He has done very well with the tools and history he has but he found out there are levels to the game. How he thought he could come in from middleweight against a prime well decorated 147 fighter was ridiculously stupid.
