If Opetaia was well managed, he could have been undisputed already and getting into the heavyweight picture, where the money is much bigger. I do think things are looking up, though, and I can't wait to see the Benavidez vs Opetaia fight.

Thing is nobody has figured out how to make money with him and that includes the bank of Zuffa

I can't understand why there hasn't been promo videos of him just put together of him smashing people up
    That stuff works wonders

He has the charisma of a bean so he isn't going to attract fans by talking so show those clips of him looking like a beast

The other beltholders simply refused to fight Opetaia. Everybody with even the slightest interest in boxing knows that.

The bank of Zuffa - Turki - is about to invest very, very heavily in Opetaia-Benavidez for 2027. But before that happens, we will likely see Benavidez-Cieslak for the WBC title in December.

Jai has paid his dues and is a real throwback fighter, I don't agree with him going to Zuffa but he tried to get the big fights for years and everyone moved sideways from him. I hope he gets an absolute boatload of cash to fight Benavidez because that has FOTY written all over it and gives us a definitive answer as to who the best cruiserweight in the world is.
