By the same token, if Janibek wanted to take Meldonium for performance enhancing purposes (and I don't see why he would do that because Meldonium doesn't really give any performance benefit), then he could have got a doctor to prescribe it by the mechanisms you describe and then sought a TUE.

Who has Janibek beaten at 160 to suggest he's even the best in that division, or even a genuine A-grade name? Steven Butler, Vincenzo Gualtieri, Andrei Mikhailovich, Anauel Ngamissengue? His fight against Denzel Bentley was competitive for 12 rounds; Janibek won, but if he was this Terminator people paint him as, he'd have flattened Bentley like Felix Cash did. I've seen nothing from him to suggest he beats Adames or Lara. Adames was robbed against Sheeraz, but at least he tested himself against a legit A-grade name at 160.

 

Sheeraz just dropped his WBO belt. I am not surprised at all. The sport is full of manoeuvring cowards.

I'll say it again loud and clear. Boxers are substantially overpaid. The fact that a champion who won a belt a couple of months ago immediately vacated it to avoid a fight tells you all you need to know. They must monopolize boxing ASAP and we need to get rid of these promoters. The sport must be changed and Fighters should not have any say in who they fight

 

It tickles me when you have a fighter like Sheeraz thinking they are entitled to X amount of money when they have zero personality or following.
How the hell do they expect a promoter to make money from their fights?

Promoters get a lot of stick for being greedy ect but a lot of these 'stars' don't realise the promoter has been overpaying them at a loss for years as an investment.

 

I hope Janibek comes in fully loaded ;-) and puts the belt to Hamzas ass.

 

Sheeraz has vacated the WBO super middleweight world title, so the fight between him and Alimkhanuly will not take place. Pacheco is ranked number 2 by the WBO, a bout between him and Alimkhanuly would be interesting, let's see what direction the WBO takes.

 

Sheeraz is simply not that good and overrated.

How his last fight was worthy of a world title was a complete joke in itself.
