@Redbeard7 uses H2H to leave out Johansson, Fitzsimmons, and Schmeling, but then resorts to resume comparisons when discussing Povetkin.

Yeah, Moses is just a “Jewish resistance leader.” Stick to your shitty boxing opinions; no one wants your crappy political/religious takes either.

Hrgovic's resume: Mansour, Zhang, McKean, Joyce, Adeleye, Allen, and Itauma

Povetkin's resume: Ahunanya, Donald, Byrd, Chambers, Jason Estrada, Chagaev, Huck, Rahman, Charr, Takam, Perez, Duhaupas, Hammer, Price, Hughie Fury, and Whyte

    Povetkin's resume > Hrgovic's resume

    Moses is completely unproven
    Joyce shot to bits
Zhang used to do shots with Chiang Kai-Shek before the Cultural Revolution
    No one else worth mentioning.

    In accomplishments or absolute terms?
If the latter, do you not think the size difference might be enough make H-man better?
Than say Fitz, who was the size at most of a modern day slightly rehydrated MW.
    With no legs.

You just got the wrong end of the stick, by best I meant best in absolute ability, H2H.

Dubois does not meet my "European" criteria, regardless of what his passport says. But it would be debatable in any case because even though Dubois has a fairly controversial victory over Hrgovic, he has three losses to Hrgovic's one, all by stoppage, and Hrgovic has beaten fighters who would likely beat Dubois, in my opinion.

If Parker is 50-50 at world level, what are Valuev and that version of J. Ruiz, who'd arguably lost all of his last 3 fights? What are they without A-side advantage?

Chagaev was a fat cruiserweight with hepatitis and by the time he fought Povetkin he'd already been shut out, beaten up and stopped by Wlad. Whyte was a natural heavyweight with better wins and a greater KO/KD threat than Chagaev, who is one of the most overrated fighters Wlad beat, largely on account of him peaking in the amateurs when he wasn't fat and ill. Chagaev doesn't beat Parker or Chisora, maybe not Rivas either, whereas Whyte beats a faded J. Ruiz and Valuev.

Itauma has proven he is a very dangerous but vulnerable fighter. Underrated when Hrgo fought him, Zhang went on to beat undefeated Joyce and smash him in the rematch, who had just destroyed Parker and ground down Dubois prior to that. Joyce was well past it when Hrgovic (who took the fight on short notice) beat him but the same applies to a greater extent to a few of Povetkin's best name wins (Donald, Byrd, Rahman).

I don't think Povetkin's best wins; among them fat cruisers like Chambers and Chagaev, are as good or nearly as dangerous as that version of Zhang or Itauma.

There's a lot of meaningless fluff on both lists.

Hrgovic has the better record because undefeated Zhang and Itauma are better and more dangerous than anyone Povetkin ever beat, plus Hrgovic has only one loss. Boxers themselves also regarded Hrgovic as more formidable, hence all of the ducking, whereas Povetkin's team were calculated in how they maneuvered him (turned down fights with Wlad in 2008 and 2010, rejected a fight with Ortiz in 2014).

Hrgovic is better than Povetkin H2H. Too big, too tough.

He's British actual real life facts trump your opinion. If Dubois and hrgovic were to fight again Dubois beats him more convincingly.

I don't think you know what H2H actually means

23&me says otherwise. And Dubois no doubt thinks otherwise, just as Chisora, AJ and Itauma do.

Maybe Dubois beats him again, maybe not. But it would not be decisive for this purpose anyway. A fighter may have another's number, it doesn't make him better H2H. Maskaev wasn't necessarily better H2H than Rahman, most would say he wasn't, despite having his number.

Like I said FACTs say your wrong, your opinion doesn't decide a British passport and birth certificate.

You literally don't know what head to head means!!

Comparing dubious head to head with Hrgovic means what would be the result of them going head to head ...IE fighting. And we already know that result.

So head to head Dubios wins, cos he well...errrr.. won.
