I couldn't give a rats arse about Floyd its just a pain in the arse having guys around here pumping out post after post of the same old horse**** that isn't even relative to the threads. Puts people off the forum.
That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Everyone has a pre-determined amount of fat cells in their bodies. You don't gain/lose fat, you shrink/expand fat cells. Yeah right. It comes off SO easily.
The fact is he knows it will make it harder for himself, and he also must be confident that he will still be able to get down to weight. He chooses enjoying himself for a while at the cost of making the process of making weight far less enjoyable. Losing quickly put on fat is definitely a lot easier than cutting down natural size and muscle, but losing 40 pounds in any case isn't going to be overly easy or enjoyable.
I think he will settle around 155/160 upon retirement. He has often stated that part of the reason why he eats so badly is because he is forced to eat nothing but the foods I have mentioned on the previous page. Now - I have only taken that at face value, but see where he is coming from. If you had six months of bad diet together with six of best behaviour all sort of mixed in together, you would tend to balance somewhere in between. Point noted regarding the fat cells, but the principle is still the same - eating **** to get all the way up is effectively cancelled by eating better and training.
I'm sure he will get to 180-190 for all his life after retirement,he is gonna look like Jake LaMota after retiring
hatton needs to hang them up, and he wonders why his stamina's gone to **** and he's huggin in all his fights? ffs. you cant train for stamina, or most of the otherthings you need to do as a boxer if you spending all your ****ing time cutting weight. pisses me off this does, tbh i think i am stopping watching hatton, he is begining to disgrace the sport.
