Really, neither of these guys is to be taken seriously. Hatton looked sad in his last fight; Holt looked like KO1 material until a freak headbutt ended the show. LWW is a really weak division.

Holt's got better skills, but his jaw is pure glass; actually, his jaw is less than glass. Hatton wins by early stoppage.

Look , I like Hatton, wanted him to beat Floyd's arrogant ass, but he looked really weak the last fight, in his own stadium, against a very B-class fighter. Had the ref not been on the payroll, (or feared for his life in Manchester) Hatton would probably have been ktfo. He looked retirement-ready.

Depends how far gone Hatton is. Holt is a solid boxer but has a very weak chin.

Holt has a glass chin and is knocked down easy as hell, but he never really gets seriously hurt and he recovers very quickly. He SLUMPED Torres. I am talking about ONE PUNCH OUT....****ing gone

I could be wrong, but I think if you watch the fight, there was first a headbutt, which basically put Torres out. Then he followed with a punch that put him down. It wasn't intentional , but the knockout was from the headbutt. Again, I could be wrong, but that was what people were saying on this site after the fight, and if you watch the ko again, you can see that the head's collide before.

hatton by KO, may very well be losing trailing on pts before the K.O., although hatton has slipped a bit, I don't think Holt will be able to absorb hatton's punches

I'd go with Hatton by decision.
