    Actually that title goes to Ali. He is retired and he's hands down better than Mayweather and fought everyone in his weight class, unlike Mayweather.

    I was surprised that Ring magazine took Floyd out the ratings so quickly, I thought they would wait it out to see if Floyd was serious about retirement.

    If a fighter clearly says "I'm retired" The Ring remove them straight away.

    If its like Tszyu - where he never announced it - Then it takes longer.

    I disagree.

    I think boxing's #1 p4p is Sam Langford.

    Even though his dead.

    Face it, Floyd is retired - whether or not he comes back is irrelevant for now, the p4p #1 is a certain Manny Pacquiao.
