What are your thoughts on this fight. I am absolutely pumped for this fight. I think its going to be a great exciting action packed fight.

Big step up in competition for both fighters. Angulo has fought tough fighters like Gutierrez but nobody as good as Tsurkan in my opinion.

What are your thoughts on this fight? Who do you got?

Also Gamboa is also on this card. Its one of the best cards in the upcoming months.

I love this fight. I will go with Angulo since he is the better prospect. Gamboa is a beast too. Cant wait to see more of him also.

Yeah I like Angulo to outwork Tsurkan. Man I cant wait for this card. Its going to be fantastic.

Gamboa is one of the best prospects ive seen in awhile. Hes quite raw but has a ton of athletic ability. I'd love to see him in there with a guy like Linares.

Hmm this is actually a very tough fight for Angulo. I dont know if its too much too soon.
Tsurksan is a pretty solid fighter. Not the most slick boxer out there but good chin power and work rate. The style match up points towards a huge war and thats what i will be expecting.
Cant wait to see it. Props for Angulo on taking this fight. Tsurksan is a very dangerous fighter.

I can see Angulo actually getting a TKO but that Tsurkan kid is tough. Man, Gamboa vs. Linares or Juan Manuel Lopez would be awesome. :good

Angulo KO's Tsurkan, he is tough but very limited...Everyone is hypin Linares and for good reason but I'M STARTING TO WORRY ABOUT HIS ABILITY TO STAY HEALTHLY!

So, is this really a 50/50 fight or is there a clear favorite in this? I've only watched both fighters once and I can't really make a prediction based off that.

No way. Tsurkan will throw more punches than Angulo, but I suspect Angulo will try to seriously slow him down by working the body early, and to stop him in the mid rounds. Should be an exciting fight while it lasts, but I don't think Tsurkan has enough mustard on his punches to keep Angulo from coming forward.

Angulo should probably be around a 4-1 favorite. Basically, it's a step-up fight, but Angulo's apparent weakness might be his chin, and Tsurkan isn't someone to hurt anyone with one punch.

Edit - checked the lines, and Angulo is a 7-1 favorite. I might put 25 on Tsurkan at those odds, but Angulo probably wins anyway.

    Tsurkan is under rated.
If Angulo manages to kayo him, I will be impressed.

The last cat that Angulo fought, Richard Gutierrez shook him up and Gutirrez record doesn't exactly show that he is a very hard puncher. Anyway, I hope Angulo can pull through this.

I agree, it's a very big step up for him. Tsurkan is a good solid fighter with much more experience. I would be impressed if Angulo can pull it off especially if he does it in violent fashion.

I think Angulos win over Gutierrez is being under appreciated. Gutierrez went 12 hard rounds with Clottey. He lost by majority decision, but even on the cards he lost it was razor close. I feel good about picking Angulo in under 4 rounds. I just don't feel Tsurkan is the kind of guy thats going to give Angulo problems. Andre is a good fighter. No doubt, but he is Talior made for Angulo. Everything Tsurkan does well Angulo does better. Angulo is being matched perfectly. They are putting guys in front of him that don't move much, and have a fighters mentality. I just don't see so eone outfighting Angulo. Its gonna take a slick boxer to beat him, and thats not Tsurkans game. I also think Angulo owns Kirkland as well.
