What's happening with Jermain Taylor? Last I hear he was maybe going to fight Lacy, then Froch, but nothing has materialised! I think Taylor still has quite a bit to offer but he needs to get a move on.

Taylor is a skillful fighter, but being so inactive will not help.

    Any news?

Taylor will thoroughly crush Lacy....I doubt he can ruin him the way Joe did but this will be a savage beating

This will be a one sided affair.

He had a chance to fight Froch for the WBC title, but chose instead to fight Lacy as he "needed a win". His promoter has since made excuses about there not being enough money in a fight with Froch.

I'm not sure that all sounds good as to his remaining confidence and ambition.

I'm interested to see what happens. I'm not ready to give up on Jermaine just yet.

Taylor is a far better fighter than Khan. Taylor has a chin, and can fight after getting hit with a punch.

He should have retired right after his decisive loss to Pavlik in their rematch..

Now, no one is interested to see him fight. How can you like a guy who can punch hard but can not KO anyone, who is fast and athtelic but can not use it to his advantage, and who is basically someone who has shown no promises after his close wins over a fading Hopkins.

He has alraedy reached his maximum potential. Time for us to realize that and stop expecting something great from this guy.:yep

Taylor will be the first mandatory for the winner of Pascal/Froch. So why continue to distort the facts?
