If Calzaghe does stop Roy Jones, can he do it with one punch?

With a Glass Jaw like Roy has and his is very bad anything can happen. If Glen Johnson could KO Roy for 6 minutes I think Joe Calzage could do it for 10 seconds.

Remember Glen & Joe have the exact amount of KO's.

 

Calzaghe could technically ko Jones with one punch. It won't look like he has though, as four more will land while Jones is on the way down....

If Joe decides to take a risk and throw some big punches, then he could. He obviously still has power, you don't just lose it, he just doesn't throw big punches anymore because of his brittle hands.

Prime Joe could have but now I think his hands are too ****ed to knock Jones out, although he did really hurt Kessler with a body shot but that was nearly a year ago now.

I still think people are underestimating Jones in this one and maybe underestimating how much Calzaghe is declining as well.

Anybody can go down when hit right in the point of the chin or on the temple. But I would see a very weak RJJ and with defeat on his horizon, going for a fast transition defense-offense and getting caught with a punch and finished by that Calzaghe swarming style and a whole lotta punches. Ref intervention and Roy battered but on his feet.

 

Theres' no way in hell Joe's slaps would ever put RJJ on the ground. RJJ is going to out smart Joe and make him look stupid.

I voted swarm attack because I think Joe CAN ko Roy with 1 punch but is more LIKELY to do it in a swarm fashion.

I think its going to points myself (8-4 for JC) but never voted that option because it said CANNOT ko Roy, which I disagree with.
