Are Mexicans Fans Biased?

yes they seem to have these crazy lil *******s that are not scared of anyone and seem to never give up, its amazing
EXEPT FOR CHAVEZ JR he is a disgrace to all mexicans im sorry

Im a white guy and I hated to see Cotto and Margarito fight because I knew someone had to lose. On the flip side I wanted to see the fight badly because I knew it would be a good one.
This probably doesnt make any sense.

Cotto is a true gentleman and not a trash talker which is good for boxing.

I like both fighters - ALOT

 

This is boxing!..most fans are biased, if not then Oscar would have as many african american fans as Mexican American fans.....Manny pac would have a bunch of white people filling up the stadium to watch him Fight..

that does not mean that a mexican or Puerto rican cannot like a fighter from a different Nationality, it is what it is...boxings always been that way....

 

I never rooted against Angel Manfredy. I loved the guy. Even when he fought Corrales and was KTFO I was hoping to see him atleast go the distance.

 

Of course Mexican fans are biased..so are American fans, British fans, P.Rican fans, Filipino fans and every other fan in the world...thats what makes the rivalries interesting.

 

I'm Mexican and Trinidad is one of my all time favorites. Cotto is one of my favorites now and I haven't been as shocked by any fighter's loss since his last fight to Marg (I was for Cotto in that fight). I'm sure some fans are the way you describe but not all. I'm sure there's some nuthugging PR fans as well.

I'm not mexican but I'd root for Izzy Vasquez in any fight, no matter who he's fighting.

Some fighters transcend bias.

I am Mex and I like Gomez, Camacho, Benitez, and Cotto. Didn't care much for Tito though. Yes we are biased.

Juan Manuel Marquez is one of my favorite fighters....even if he was fighting against a brother Rican....I would have to evaluate the styles and make a prediction based on that....not on the race.

Marquez is a monster.

 

Pretty much the only fans that are obnoxiously biased are *******s. I can't wait til Manny retires so they'll all just go away again.
