I'm 5' 10 and when I was in the best shape of my life I weighed 170. If I starved myself I could get down lower, but before I joined the army I was at 225 and now that I've been out for 8 months I blew up to 225 again before I started running and working out again recently to get down to 217. I'm just not a naturally skinny guy, so I'd say 154 at the absolute lowest 160 prime.

Jr middle. I was walkng around w/ 7% bodyfat at 156 several months
ago. I wouldn't be able to make 147 and be able to fight. I'd be better
    at middle anyways.

    6'3 - 90KG's - So cruisers.

I could make light heavy or even Super middle if I trained hard again.

My bars and guitars diet is more fun than getting up early and being fit though, I don't have even the iota of discipline to be a bum let alone a journey man.

I'm 5'10 (on a good day) and 205 lbs with short arms. Could maybe get to 168. My build is all wrong to box...

im 6ft and about 230lbs im really broad so it would be hard for me to go lower than cruiserweight/heavyweight and be around 200lbs or a little over.

    154

Tried to get back down to 147 a few years back and felt so weak and slow and everyone said I looked emaciated. That was weird because I used to be that weight for years even 140.

Walk around now with lifting at 165.

I'm 6'2" 240. With the proper training and diet program I could get down to Super Featherweight. If I had my left leg and my right arm amputated I could probably get down to Bantam.

Seriously though, I remember when I was in 10th grade I was 6'1" and 145 lbs. They used to call me Ethiopian! I worked really hard to get to 200 lbs. and then the extra 40 came a little too easily!

I would do the ethiopian diet down to Darchinian's weight...that's the only boxer I would really love to beat the living **** out of. He seems like he needs it, always. Cocky, no skilled *****.
