Who was the best Crusierweight Champion.............David Haye or Johnny Nelson?

    Alot of hype over the greatness of Haye is put on him beating
    THE MAN.

    Nows he is calling himself the greatest cruiserweight ever? :think

    Very debateable.

    There is a case for saying Johnny Nelson was a better Crusierweight.

    More experienced.

    More a bag of tricks.

    Less crude and sloppy as Haye.

    Lets remeber the way that Johnny Nelson when motivated blasted away a younger and that bit more primer WBO Champion Carl Thompson - in 5 rounds - maybe a bad stoppage - but Nelson was the boss that night.

    Thompson a few YEARS later taught Haye a lesson.

    Haye has undoubtly improved since then - and he would have to - if he were to stand any chance of beating a Johnny Nelson.

    Corrie Saunders - Future WBO World Heavyweight Champion.

    He ran from Sanders - read his book

    Akinwande was a good performance to go the full ten having taken the fight on three days notice

    The Nelson of the early days was a dodgy fighter.

    He had a crap amateur career.

    And poor perfromances in his early pro career - like running from De Leon.

    But the Nelson owned Carl Thompson would have too much in the bag for David Haye.

    Talking about a poential Jean Marc Mormeck fight - back when Nelson was still fighting - Nelson said it would be

    "the easiest fight of my career"

    that might be a exaggertion

    but I do think Nelson was more than capable of going to Paris and standing the one dimensional limited Mormeck on his head

    I never covered this topic before.

    You got a Cruiserweight Champion who reigned in Britain form 1999-2005

    You got a Crusierweight Champion who reigned in Britain from 2007-2008

    and its a debate to see who was the best

    The vomit, while it spraying in different directions, is all emanating from the same place.

    This is just part of the whole Enzo Mac gay love thing you have, which also involves the hating of Haye, the guy who beat your man silly. Of course it would actually make more sense to big Haye up; that way Mac's defeat doesn't look so embarrasing (which it was).

    While the whole Colin Jones/My Shed posts had there funny moments, this Cruiserweight thread-starting obssession is just plain ridiculous. And while its a relief that you did not not mention "you know who" in your OP, we all know that is who this whole thread is revolving around for you.
