i guess sky and setanta are bidding for it. Setanta outbid them for Calzaghe vs Jones Jnr, but with them already showing Haye and Calzaghe that month, can't see them being to fussed abut Hatton.
i'd presumed sky box office, imagine there may be a confirmation this week, think there's a uk press conference?
If so who here will be buying it? Pretty near to xmas might not bother might just go to a bar and watch it then record it when its show on normal sky within a week yes i'm pretty tight
Setanta have already forked out for Calzaghe and Haye's fights in November so this fight will be on Sky - and that'll be Sky Box Office for sure now that Khan's career has gone tits up and Ricky still hasn't finished counting the money from his last stateside fight on the same channel
i'd buy, might not if other two fights weren't on setanta but feel like i'm saving money when i get those two for a tenner
Yeah thats true, Hatton, Haye and Calazaghe all fighting in the same month and only having to ppv for 1 (with the others coming in a monthly subscription) is a pretty good deal
read this morning that hatton was sat with de la hoya in vegas on saturday night even though he was meant to be ill on saturday, anyone seen the coverage? there was a link on main forum on sunday for video of the fight but can't find it now, anyone got the link?
I don't have a link but I saw it. He didn't look ill but a bit overweight, I've seen him look alot bigger though :yep He said he's going back to England to train with Lee Beard and then Mayweather sr is coming over later to oversee things. He was interviewed by that guy from saved by the bell too :hey:think
He is less overweight than I have seen him for a while - still with nine weeks to go to fight night. I would have been surprised if the fight was anywhere but on SBO, he is their Golden Boy afterall.
