Huck vs Monrose

I think he may have a shot. He's strong, can punch and has been very busy. He slipped the taller Jenson's jab and fired away up and down. Huck, of course, is a step up in class and has gone 12 rounds several times. Vadim Tokarav, who is squat like Monrose, had some success but he petered out down the stretch. Monrose may be worth a play at nearly +300. I think he's physically very strong and he seems like a confident sort.:smoke :smoke

 

Interesting fight!

I have seen quite a lot of Huck's fights,but sorrowly I am not that familiar with Monrose's ones.

Huck will square off against the Frenchman on his home turf in the German city of Bielefeld.The supportive crowd may be the decisve factor in their encounter.Monrose surely wont get any gifts from the judges.

 

Marco Huck is not very popular here though here really should be! It's going to be a great fight, Monrose is a very good fight but I've got Huck winning it.

At 23 Huck has already been in a title fight just barely losing by basically one punch (that nasty punch to the ear). He has been fighting guys with winning record records instead of just blowing up his record like against club fighter as so many young fighers do.

This guy is going to be a great one.

 

It wasnt a really close fight. Cunningham should have won that fight by wide point decision if he hadnt stopped Huck in the final round of their encounter.
No,it wasnt a close fight.Nevertheless,Cunningham didnt school Huck or totally dismantled him.
Huck just wasnt able to adjust to Cunningham's style fighting in front of all his relatives in his backyard for the first time in his pro career.However,you could sense that if Huck had been mentally be ready for Cunningham the American would probably have gotten the shorter end of the stick.
Huck wasnt even trying to outbox Cunningham.He totally relied on his firepower that night looking for the one desicive ko punch.
He didnt stick to his corner's game plan and paid the price.
I am positive that a rematch between them will have a very different outcome if it takes place within the next two years.
Cunningham is overrated.He deserves props for that victory over Huck,but I for one can really see some top rivals of him at cruiser beat him.

Like I said I thought it was close, Huck was bleeding from the ear and that shot usually ends the bout with most fighters-not bad for a 21 year old!
Everyone talks about Gamboa but he is already 26, Huck just gets better everytime he fights.
