    He seems like a nice kid,I don't understand why fans bash on him so much other than the fact that he is Chavez Sr. son but I will root for him.

    I gaved him a break back then since he had no amatuer career but now I am seeing the light.

    No one really rates him anyway, it's been blatantly obvious for some time he was never going to be elite.

    Of course he's overhyped. With a name like JULIO CEASAR Chavez, how could he not be??

    Think about it, would ANYBODY be talking about this guy if his name was, say, Armando Morales???

    Nine times out of ten these sons of ATG fighters don't measure up to the old man.

    I don't know...his defense definitely hasn't gotten any better. He doesn't seem to be improving. I don't think he can win a meaniful title any time soon...well maybe a vacant title against a bull**** opponent.
