Since Duddy, Lee, Moore dont seem to be eager to fight anyone with a pulse I really have lost interest in their careers. Seriously Duddy's last fight was against a used car salesman. There comes a time these guys have to swim in the deep end. I will probably keep an eye on this prospect. You guys could probably care less about a New Engand guy but I provided a link to his site. It is a dormant boxing period in the northeast to say the least.

I'm very interested in Danny O' Connor ml, so keep posting anything of interest about him to this thread. Any Irish boxer or boxer of Irish descent is worthy of interest. And I think Danny is a young man with a big future in the sport.

As for Duddy and Lee. Duddy appears to have a fight with Tommy Hearns son lined up, and then a title fight. After Lee's defeat earlier in the year, he bounced back in great style against Gibbs. Andy's next contest is in Limerick, hopefully some time soon.

And to finish, I must add that I had a great night last night watching Martin Lindsey. I watched the contest at my brothers house, where myself and a few of my brothers and friends tucked into a few beers and cheered young Lindsey to victory. What a punch to finish the contest, it does not get any better than that.:hi:

Ardy, how do you feel about the state of Duddy's career? They put him in with live bodies early in his career but now after some mediocre fights he cant get a tv date. Do you think by avoiding the espn route he has not only missed out on a broader audience but also prevented him from proving himself to HBO and Showtime? I think John is eager to test himself against the best he just needs the opportunity. It will be interesting to see who they match him up against in November. They should of tried to get him on the Jones/Cal undercard.

I dont think Duddys opponent will be up to much as he has two big fights planned early 2009.

Anybody any news of who Sutherland is signing with. A friend told me he heard it was with Hayemaker.

Ml, I think his management are making a mess of his career at the moment. Their being over cautious with John, in their attempt to keep him unbeaten. That's hope things change in 2009.John needs defining fights.
