Mayo is not just going to lay down...it's gonna take longer than that, he's no tomato can...and Margo has gone longer with lesser...

It would be a great fight. As to all those bringing up Tito and Hoya, Tito was the more powerful fighter with the better technique. Hoya surgically took him apart with his accurate shots. Marg doesn't have much accuracy. He overwhelms opponents. Neither Tito nor Oscar fought Mayorga like that. It would be interesting to see if Marg's style trumps Mayorga but I don't think it's a given that it does.

Mayorga should stick to smoking his cigs & drinking his beer!! he is just an average boxer with limited skill.Mosley is past his best but he will still beat this reject easy!!if not by ko he will win every round!Margarito will ko him in 4 round!

I'll give him 4 rounds being generous. Maybe due to the fact that Margo wants to put a few rounds in the bank for the fans. All the punches Mayorga has taken has been seriously deprimental to his punch resistance. He just doesnt have it anymore. I do like his comments though. All good fun

Oh and on a side thought. Paul W would make it 3 first round Ko's if Mayorga went after that payday.

I almost would like Mayorga to pull out a win against Mosley to pay heavily for these words but thinking twice, Mayo doesn't deserve either fight anyway. So it's better that Shane catches him with a sharp overhand right when he is set to punch wide with his awkward hammer shot. Looking at the weigh-in pics, Shane seems so much stronger too, and Mayo's body looks like he made an effort to lose weight and may grow extremelly weak as the fight evolves.

is it me or does Mayorga get a lot of love on the Forum must be his Im a thug shtik that seems to be popular nowadays, but I cant see how a guy who talks so much **** and then fails to back it up get so much fanfare? People must find him entertaining or fun. I just see a guy laughing all the way to the bank.

of course he gets love he may not be the most beautiful thing to watch
but he has got alot of heart and for the **** talking he makes you wanna watch
he gives his everything and he'll get knocked out trying

marg woul def have the edge
but no matter what mayorga lost he still has power and margarito isn't the most elusive target
mayorga will surely land and i would be interested to see how he reacts

he blew up on the welterweight scene at the right time, had he come a little earlier he never would've even picked up a belt as tito held half and oscar had the other half than shane took over and afterwards there were guys like pbf, zab, margarito that wouldve beaten him. pure luck just like marciano
