    Cotto win a UD
I feel he comes back with a better gameplan, works the body, stays in the pocket using tight angles instead of running

My vote for a cotto win was castly mostly off of my heart, but my mind is telling me it will be a tough task. I think Cotto has all the skills and tools to beat Margo, but he just has to make some adjustments. If he can find a way to go to the body like he has done so successfully in all of his other fights I think he can be much more successful against margo. That could help surpress some of margos pressure. I also think the only way cotto hurts margo is too the body. Margo has a head made of Iron. I think if cotto can either A. pace himself better thru the fight, or B. improve his stamina he could out point margo much like he did for the first 6-7 rounds of the first fight. Margo is just such a naturally bigger man it is going to be a tough task, but for all those ruling cotto out because of his mental state from the last fight please let me know the last time you and cotto sat and talked about the fight, and/or how he looked in the ring lately. Its quite ridiculous to make assumptions like that when you have no basis for them. Yea it was a tough fight, but there are no indications that it took a "mental toll" on cotto.

If Cotto tries to box he will get he will get tired sooner than the first time and eventually get KO again. If he tries to slugg he will go to sleep sooner the first time as well.

Cotto is pretty much screwed. He cannot beat Margarito.

With out that terrible nose injury, Cotto can go 12 I am sure about that. He has done it before and even at 140 when he was weight drained.

So basically become SRL :D :rofl :rofl :rofl

Cotto had the best gameplan he could have executed in their first fight, there is not really much he can do better?

What?! Move more??! Yeah, so he can tire faster. Cotto is no Pep, Robinson, Leaonard, or Whitaker.

Stay in the pocket as you suggest, and eat how many uppercuts before he goes to sleep?

:patsch Margarito is just that much better than Cotto.

Do you really beleive that he is that much better?

Because the fight was very close on the cards.

So he is definately not that much better.

Look Jm22, you're obviously biased here:deal The fact remains Cotto had a shitty gameplan end of story....he was devoid of any real body work and when he was getting inside ripping off combos on Margo he was doing well...until he pulled out and allowed Margo to stalk, measure, and punish.......I give Margo credit on a great victory but the fact remains Cotto played right into his style.....Instead of backing up he needed to shift to the sides using tight circles....this would've been the winning gameplan....any unbiased poster can envision this with relative ease:deal

He was so spent in the 12th against Lovemore N'dou, that many people felt he ran the last three rounds.

Nose injury? This ***** had a NOSE INJURY.

Margarito now knows what Cotto is capable of taking. I think Margarito will try and take him out earlier. Cotto can make small adjustments but I dont know if it will be enough to keep Margo off of him for 12 rounds.

    Good luck Cotto.

After a long debate with myself, I think that Cotto will go back to the drawing board, make the right adjustments, and come back and win a decision.

I wouldn't be surprised if the "one deminsional" Margarito will do nothing to improve on that TKO stoppage that he got against Cotto this summer.

It all depends on what Cotto does in his first fight back ... I seriously hope that its a good opponent that will push him to the limit.

I wouldn't mind seeing him fight against Sebastian Lujuan who resembles Margarito a bit and can immulate his style during a 12 round bout.

Don't be sorry. I am right. You'll see. Like all those who bashed me and the very few who picked Margarito by KO.

I know what Margarito brings to the table, and I know what Cotto brings to the table. I seen many of their fights, and based on that I knew Margarito would win via KO.

I saw Cotto against Mosley, Corley, Torres, Judah, N'dou. I saw his weaknesses, I saw his stamina problem against Lovemore, his suspect chin against Torres, Judah, and Corley. His fight against Mosley, hell shot Mayorga seemed to so better against Mosley than Cotto on many occasions.

I seen what margarito does, and I knew he was going to wreck Cotto. And I know that unless Cotto becomes a defensive master (YEAH RIGHT), or can endure more pain than Margarito (NOT LIKELY) he is not going to hear the final bell.

    What can Cotto do better?
