I have said this too many times by now and this quote from Hatton just goes down to prove it once again - When the going gets tough, the tough will get going and Paulie is gonna go somewhere else.

What I meant to say is that Hatton looks at himself and then looks at Paulie and finds the perfect mental condition to say that he'll retire if he comes to lose... Listen, thunder, forget about Paulie's flashy style, punching finesse and sacrifice to fight with broken jaws, Ricky Hatton will make it terribly hard for the guy. It's not a 50-50 fight and has nothing to do with the Mayweather fight. If Ricky comes crowding Paulie like he did with Mayweather, it's not gonna last long b'cause Paulie doesn't have anything to get himself out of that lock.
