I have a fight in exactly a month im 6'0 and weigh 168 pounds with very little fat i have to get to 160 pounds and as of right now i am eating very well, any help would be much appreciated.
And what kind of answer are you expecting exactly!??!!?!? If you box you should already know what to do to loose 8lbs.
A month is long enough that you won't have to 'cut' any weight. Start now and you'll lose it in time. Just eat a little lighter and up your activity a bit more and you should lose a couple of pounds a week. If you usually run 3 miles/3 times a week. Run 4 miles/3 times a week, or run 3 miles 4 or 5 days a week.

Yeah, just make sure you run and eat lighter foods that still give you energy without facilitating increased body mass (salads). If it comes close to fight time, and you still need to lose it, it's obvious what you need to do there. But a month of solid training and eating well should be enough.
