Last time I heard, Cintron was in talks of fighting Lovemore N'dou before the end of the year, so we might see Cotto vs Soto Karass instead..

Cintron has a big punch, yes, but no way he would beat Cotto.. Cotto would box circles around him and possibly ko'ing him with nice body shots..

i cant believe everyone that thinks cirton is more of a problem to cotto than agaisint cotto. come on now his punch might be big but what is his main weakness more than say so cotto chin? his body where do cotto attack. margo is the only fighter to tko cotto. he he also went toe to toe with margo all the way to the 11th. citron was put out twice by margo in the 5th round in the first fight and 6th round in the second he didnt even get up in the second fight by the body shot. i aint see first fight to know what happe njust heard it was the body shots. will cotto walk through citron punch who knows but will citron take cotto body shot? citron is the only fighter betwen the two who couldnt beat the count. and cotto wasnt knock down he took a knee. worse maybe so but he wasnt drop. but citron was drop

I like the Cintron matchup because he's a legitimate contender who poses a high level of risk however has a questionable heart and chin.

    Cotto by mid round stoppage.

Cintron's power is not proven against quality opposition. He didnt make Margarito flinch with his power shots. We don't know how good his power really is, He hasnt knocked out any good names yet.

I think Cintron already gots a fight with N'Dou next month. Cintron is better than what most give him credit for. Seems like most of the Boricuas don't give him a chance against Cotto. Come on he has only lost to the machine that destoryed Cotto.

If Cotto would of fought Margo the way Kermit did, do you really think Cotto would of lasted as long as he did?

At this point, in Cottos career, he should not consider Cintron for a tune up fight. Cintron is a big fighter who throws nice hard shots with decent speed.

True, but you saw what Margo did to Cintrons body. If He boxes smart & leaves the machismo bs on the ring apron I see him ****ing cintron up.

Cintron stuggled with a punch drunk journeyman in Jesse Feliciano so I doubt Cotto stuggles with him unless he trades with him.

They better keep Cotto far away from Cintron. That could be disaster.
