they are the same height with taylor having an inch reach advantage. I think they are both the same size so thats a wash. Taylor is the better Athlete with Kessler being the better boxer. It is arguable that he won his second fight aginst the man who knocked him out. I think it would be a close fight.

I think Taylor is one of the most underrated fighters on ESB - probably due to the perceived gift decisions he got. But really - he is a great fighter and the fights with Kelly only made him better. In the first fight he clearly lost, but in the second Jermain had sharpened up and I think he is entering his prime these years. He has been the "green" one in most of his last many fights, but now he is getting experienced to go with his talent.

I know Kessler is a great fighter too. He is probably the best educated fighter in a classical sense out there these days. He can throw every punch in the book and is just like the boxing gods envisioned it. However, I feel he lacks some experience in big fights and he needs to experience more adversity. Due to his skill-set he drives straight through most opponents winning every single round. The Calzaghe fight was probably good for him and I think he will only get better as he has more challenging fights.

I think it will be a very evenly matched fight. I believe it will happen in the US and therefore my vote goes to Taylor. I am happy either way though as I like both fighters.

ROFL. I cant believe so many are overrating Kessler. Taylor by 3-4 rounds.

As B-Hop said. "Who the hell is a Kessler?"

Its abit early to judge fairly as myself and many others feel Taylor will campaign at 168 with renewed vigor and will become a much more dominating force than when he was at 160.....Time will tell.....all this being said I picked Kessler on points.....but with a dominating performance over Lacy my opinion could go the other way
    Cheers

Kessler, easily. Taylor poses no stylistic worry at all, compared to Pavlik, or even Bute is a better chance.

Kessler by KO for me, he's got a good chin, good power, good stamina and he's a well rounded boxer
