    I wouldn't rule it out.

    Thoughts?

One quit-job's enough for Vitali. He's no Willie Pep.

i think Vitali learned his lesson in the Bryd fight. He knows he has to work through any adversity now.

But, I think that is the only way Peter would win.

Ya because unlike Vitali, pep actually knows how to fight with injuries....Can you imagine vitali taking on and beating a prime lennox lewis with a broken back? LOL

He'll probably get the doctor to quit on his behalf, like he did against Lewis. It's similar to pleading guilty by post.

I wouldn't rule it out. He hasn't been in ring in years and if he has any doubt as to whether or not he still has it or whether or not he still belongs at the top then he might get discuraged like that. Acelino Fretas did against Diaz when he came back.

lol nah that fight had to be stopped. I've never seen a fight continue on for too long with a cut that bad.

Are you guys serious? His eyeball was hanging out and he screamed for the fight to continue with Lennox! Lewis collapsed on his stool after he was on his way to getting KO'd. It's pretty hard to fight with a torn rotator cuff as well. So, Like Vitali or not I think Peter is finally going to get a beating that has been long overdue for his cheating big mouth.

From what I saw in the Lewis fight, I don't think Vitali KNOWS how to quit. He's just that kind of a fighter.
