If he was a boxer fighting at a lower weight maybe he should,.... but as HW he can continue fighting.......
Samuel Peter should stay and earn some money. But he will NEVER become a champ again as long as The Ex Soviets are still there. He has no chanse against Vitali now or ever ( his chanses are below zero!) He has 10% chanse against Vladimir......at the most. He has 10% chanse against Povetkin.....at the most. He has 10% chanse against Values who would outbox Peter with his long jab. Samuel Peter would probably even loose to Mccline. To be honest: Peter does not know how to fight! Ragards Boris
The division needs him. He should start taking his career seriosly, and aim for another shot at Wladdy.
Peter should not retire, he is still young and can beat many of the top ten fighters out there. Vitali was the wrong style for him, Vitali is harder to hit than Vlad, and he hit's extremely hard. Vitali is a very excellent fighter, made Peter look really bad, but styles make fights. Now, will the biased boxing writers give Vitali and Vlad a break now?
Nah. He should stick around and wait until the Klitschkos are finished. Then he may be able to get some things done. If I were him, I'd try to get David "Fraud" Haye in the ring and do a second Jeremy Williams on him. That would help Peter get his mojo back. Sam would tear through Haye.
Boxing needs Sam Peter like I need a hemorrhoid. All of you saying he shouldn't hang em up, " what washed up fighter do you suggest he fights next? Wake up
Sam Peter is still one of the top 5 heavyweights until he proves otherwise...He should still fight and OBV will still fight.
no and no. Peter could still possibly capture at the very least a couple of big money fights. If his stocks did what everyone in the worlds did over the last couple weeks, he'll want to earn more money. talk of retirement is premature at the very least, at most absurd.
You acknowledge the possibility that he might retire, and yet say it is idiotic to ask the question. That in itself is completely idiotic
so true...oh he lost he should retire...if u have a bad day at work u dont retire...he has so much money out there
