It´s way too late for this fight.

LL is retired and hasn´t got anything more to prove.

LL seem like a smart man, and the smart thing to do is to ignore
    this bull****.

Lewis isn't desperate. He's already punched Klit's face half off and reached the point where he had nothing to prove and realised the fire was gone.

This is my take on it too. For those not up on currencies, 25M pounds is about $42M. Personally if I were him I'd take the fight. He'd at the very least have a punchers chance of winning it, and a loss would be meaningless at this point. The only problem would that it would really tank the division completely if he were to win.

Lewis was already offered about 40 million dollars for the rematch a couple years ago and turned it down. The man is retired and well into his 40's, let him stay retired. He has his health and his legacy is cemented as an ATG heavyweight.

Bull****. DK is talking out of his ass because he knows Lewis won't come out of retirement. Putting up $50 million for one half of a fight is a recipe to lose LOTS of money.

Wow. That's all I can say. I am not a big Lewis fan but even I respect the guy.

I heard it twice. Once was in an interview that was posted somewhere in East side Boxing, and that is where the 100 million figure came from.

The other was on a video someone posted a link to- it was during some British interview show. That is where he said 50 million.

Maybe not hurt his legacy.... but it would hurt his pride.

    Never gonna happen
