    This is becoming a joke.

    Calzaghe has no need for Dawson, his next fight should be against Pavlik. End of.

    should be against Pavlik? Pavlik is a natural middle weight. Joe went up to 170 and won a light heavy title. So really it should be Chad. Only Joe groupies will want him to take a easier fight in Kelly. Chad will beat Kelly if they fight.

    There really is not need to fight Diaconu. It's not like he needs to take a step or two back just to give a guy a payday. Diaconu needs continue winning but step up his level of comp.....BUT NOT by leap frogging as would be the case if he were to be dumb enough to fight Chad right now. Even with Chads Chin Diaconu doesn't have the skills to touch him.

    I don't think Joe is scared of anyone but he is cautious about loosing his "0". Joe's skills are on level with the very best boxing has to offer but he's will to challenge him self is limited. Chad is a big challenge....Roy is too but given Roy's fall from his greatness it's a perfect time to test himself against this verison of Roy Jones Jr.

    Nothing is pointless for the amount of money he is getting from it! Also i would much prefer to see him fight Pavlik next, styles make fights and thses two contrasting styles would be perfect for each other.

    The word is scared... not scare.

    Its hard to keep up with all the guys that scare Calzaghe, 1st Lacy, then Kessler, then Pavlik, now Dawson, what next ? Pacquiao ?
