Cotto would get knocked out. This is a bad styles matchup. Q was a natural southpaw and used movement and counter punching to beat Williams. None of that worked in the rematch. Cotto is a plodder, and a decent boxer, but Williams is too big for Cotto and this is a nightmare style for cotto to overcome. Williams by 5 round brutal ko or less.

Cotto gets knocked out in this fight. Williams is too big and strong for Cotto. Cotto usually does well against lefties because it's easier for him to land that left hook. However, he'll have a hard time doing so against a much bigger and longer Williams. Bigger guys who can punch and can take a punch will always pose big problems for Cotto.

Your ****ing stupid. I said Cotto will KO Williams with body shots. He said well we didnt see him do that against Margarito so he is implying that Williams will do the same thing what Margarito did in pertecting his body against Cotto. Williams doesnt pertect his body well like Margarito idiot. Thats a fact. :patsch

    Excuse me!!!!!

Williams is definitely no Tommy Hearns!!!!!!!

Cotto is a much better boxer and will take Williams to task....
more-so than what Quintana did in the first fight.

Have you ever watched even Hearns?

Why do you think he was nicknamed the Assasin?
A name he didn'nt personally fancy much.

Wiliiams is no where near a Hearns.

Cotto UD or stoppage....he'll look like Marciano in there with him

but seriouslly....he can box better then willaims, and he can infight better then willams......plus Willaims defense is ****

and please don't compare him to Hearns again.....he's just big with alot of stamina...thats all, cotto would break him down, or pick him apart...

First and foremost, I'm a fan of both guys so I have mixed feeling about a potential match up between the two. I want to see both guys do well in the ring and also reach crossover stardom so a fight against each other would probably hurt the loser in that regards. But the build up and excitement of such a fight would definately feed my boxing thirst. I am a bigger Cotto fan so when it comes down to it I'd be rooting for him but my objectionable opinion is that PTP would be a nightmare match up for Cotto. His reach a workrate would overwhelm Cotto in the late rounds similar to how Margarito was able to.

As far as PTP's 1st fight with Qunitana, I view the fight moreless of an off night for PTP than an accomplishment for Quintana. If they were to fight 10 times, PTP would win 9 out of 10.

paul style is more of a nightmare for cotto then the other way around.carlos is a good slick counter puncher southpaw, cotto puts the pressure on.he could get picked apart for 12rds.i see paul winning a ud on points, cotto has his monements but paul would beat him.
