    Still no respect in America for the Klitchkos. Most American boxing fans either know nothing about them or don't care. I ask my friends if they watched the fights and if it ain't DEEE LA HOYA or Holyfield forget about it. :lol:

    But its more to do with if you dont fight in America. Plenty of expats have forged careers in the U.S.

    Dawson beats an elite fighter we say he is good, they say he loses to every top fighter that isnt american

    VK beats a limited guy that most of them was saying before the fight wasnt any good now he is an atg, we say he isnt

    That is why I like hanging out with Mexican boxing fans. They love their fighters and boxing in general. Most still hate all heavyweights but Holyfield though. Most don't even know who John Ruiz is. Which isn't a bad thing. My black friends don't watch boxing at all, just basketball.

    I appreciate the Klitchkos but they're kind of pedestrian to me. I prefer the raw power and ferocity of a Mike Tyson or the beautiful artistry of a Roy Jones.
