I wont be surprised if i read a thread tommorow that says"Marvin Hagler or Hearns VS Pac at 130 who wins?"

 

As good as PAC is, he is no where near on JCC's level. PAC caught barrera and morales after they had beaten eachother to death practically. He nearly loss to Marquez after dropping him 3 times in round 1. PAC caught Barrera sleeping and caught the world by surprise. But based on the marquez fight, you can see that if you can weather the early storm, PAC is very beatable by a decent boxer/counter puncher. JCC could easily handle anything little PAC has to offer. As one poster mentioned, PAC's speed is nothing compared to meldrick taylor.

 

But that was at 126 when Pac was a left handed happy 1-2 puncher. We are comparing Pac right now at 130 which has improved tremendously under Roach tutelage... he has now develop a devastating right hook, boxing skills(watch the Larios fight) & is concentrating on his defense now by picking his spots using angles, much stronger at 130 & most of all he still has his speed & power.:hey

 

look, this would be similar to chavez-rosario. chavez chin would easily swallow all pacs bombs then slowly break him down for a 9th round ko.

Question: Was Chavez chin stronger than Morales chin? Coz I believe Morales chin was stronger IMHO... never been knocked down legitimately until the second Pacman fight & the 3rd fight. Do you think Chavez chin could withstand Pacman non-stop punching based purely on your abovementioned argument?atsch

and pac man wouldnt be punching non stop. cause trading with chavez is a little different than the kind of power pac man is used to getting hit with.

with that non stop style he would go out by a single bomb in two.

 

how do we know if pac cant take his punches? seriously...

 

I would give this to Chavez by KO probably late. How about putting the Great Azumah Nelson into the mix against Pac Man at Featherweight or Junior Lightweight and against the Great Julio Cesar Chavez at Junior Lightweight. This one makes me tingle all over what wars those would have been.

 

we cant know for sure. this is a prediction, we can just look at the indications and guess.

pac man was knocked out twice early in his career. so his chin aint perfect. and chavez was a murderous puncher at 130.

 

those kO's were due to body shots...but yeah...if only they were at the same era, then we'll know. Impossible to tell now.

Oh really? How did you know that Rosario punches harder than Pacman?:nut Pacman power is special, capable of cracking the hardest chins in boxing like what he did to Morales, MAB & Marquez. Nobody had won a fight against Pacman fighting toe to toe w/ him. Pacquiao's body shot is underrated, his conditioning is phenomenal & was never been bullied in the ring yet. Chavez was there to be hit & his style of going forward is perfect for Pacman. Eventually my prediction Chavez will kiss the canvas a couple of times & get stopped due to cuts by eating too many left hands from Pac . :bbb
